BHealth Consulting will review all of your medications and supplements with you in a way you fully understand your medication regimen. I help ensure your healthcare goals are realistic and attainable. If you are traveling out of the country I can do a full review of the medications you need and what you will need to bring with you (I will call your primary care doctor to send in the appropriate prescriptions to your pharmacy).

Did you know Americans spend over $30 billion on dietary supplements each year? Yet, studies show that a third of these products don’t even contain the actual active ingredients. This is exactly why I offer personalized vitamin consultations.

My journey into supplements started with my parents, who were filling their cabinets with products they didn’t need. After some “friendly pharmacist advice” to stop buying what I call “expensive pee,” I began carefully selecting supplements they’d actually benefit from. Over time, friends encouraged me to extend this expertise to my patients, and I realized just how many people could benefit from clear, unbiased guidance on supplements.

I’m selective about the products I recommend—these are supplements I trust enough to use myself and give to my family. For those who prefer a bit more guidance, I’m here to meet one-on-one to help sort through options. Many assume vitamins are always safe, but the difference between a drug and a poison is the dose. Supplements also interact with medications and health conditions in ways that are rarely discussed.

For those looking to explore on their own, I’ve created a resource list of medical-grade supplements. Each brand is third-party tested, so you know you’re getting what’s on the label.
